IMPORTANT: Before purchasing the Skydive Klaipeda (Klaipėdos parašiutininkų klubas ) vouchers for the activity listed on our website www.skydiving.lt (‘Voucher’), please read these terms and conditions carefully. We intend to rely upon these terms and conditions. For your own benefit and protection you should read the terms and conditions carefully. It is important that you understand this page, together with the documents referred to on it, as it tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply the Vouchers to you (the purchaser/recipient). If you do not understand any point please ask for further information. In particular, your attention is drawn to the sections under the headings BOOKING, CANCELLATION and LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By clicking on the tick box stating that you “accept the terms and conditions” you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Skydive Klaipeda Voucher
Each Voucher entitles the recipient to the experience provided for on the face of the Voucher.

Expiration
Voucher are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Once the Voucher is expired it can no longer be extended. The Vouchers can be redeemed subject to a supplier’s availability before the expiry date and the activity must be completed before that date.

Purchase
The Vouchers are purchased from the website www.skydiving.lt All purchases require full payment. You are advised of the accepted methods of payment at the time of purchase. We do not accept payment by cheque or postal order and you cannot pay in instalments. We will send confirmation of your order to you via email.

Delivery
The Vouchers are delivered by e-mail. The eVouchers are sent to the e-mail address entered at the time of purchase. No additional charge is made for emailing the voucher to you. Please note, some e-mail accounts may classify our e-mail Vouchers as 'spam' email. We are not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of an e-mail Voucher being blocked by web filters or firewalls. If a recipient does not receive an e-mail Voucher, please contact us immediately so that we can send the e-mail Voucher to an alternative e-mail address.

Booking
In order to enjoy your activity and to arrange a convenient time for doing it, it is necessary to register in advance on page www.skydiving.lt Many dates, such as weekends and holiday periods, are very popular and may not be available unless a substantial period of notice is given to the activity supplier.
We recommend that you make bookings for your activities well in advance to avoid disappointment as the activity suppliers can get booked up. We recommend that bookings are made 14 days in advance at the very least. Please note that your Voucher must also be presented on the day in order to participate in the activity.
Please note that if you are unable to make your reservation, please call us at +37065202526 by 24 hours prior to your reservation to reschedule. If you do not contact us prior to 24 hours of your reservation, or do not show up, you will forfeit your Voucher.
Refund of Voucher Purchase
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Voucher, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to refund the full cost of your un-booked Voucher. A refund of a Voucher will no longer be available once that Voucher has been used to make a booking with an activity supplier.
All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the Voucher and the money will be refunded directly to the credit/debit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase.

Cancellation of Activity
In the event that an activity supplier needs to cancel the activity after you have booked a date, we will contact you. We strongly recommend however, that you contact the as the day before you depart for your activity.
Please note, that the activities may require some waiting, especially as some are weather dependant. There is also the possibility of short notice cancellation by an activity supplier due to weather, mechanical problems, staff illness or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the supplier’s control.
In the event that an activity is cancelled you should simply re-book with the activity supplier concerned.

Restrictions
Activity have restrictions (such as weight, physical and medical limitations) so please check these before purchasing a Voucher. Details of these restrictions are available on our website or can be provided on request.
If the person who is to go on the activity has any doubts about their medical fitness, they should consult their doctor before booking the activity.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you select an experience appropriate for the intended recipient and it is the responsibility of the recipient to confirm that the activity is suitable for them prior to booking.
We will not refund any Voucher if the participant cannot comply with restrictions and are turned away from venue.

Problems and complaints
If you encounter any problems or have any complaints with the Vouchers please contact us info@skydiving.lt Failure to highlight issues on the day of the activity may jeopardise investigations and result in an unsatisfactory outcome.

Limitation of Liability
If either of us fails to comply with these terms and conditions, neither of us shall be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except for those losses which are a foreseeable consequence of the failure to comply with these terms and conditions at the time we entered into this contract with one another.
We reserve the right to transfer liabilities to a third party in case of a merger or sale of the business.
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits in any way our liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2
of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; or
(d) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

The Weather
Activity promoted on www.skydiving.lt are dependent on the weather and we advise you to call and check the weather conditions are suitable for the booked activity. If your activity is cancelled because of the weather, you will be able to rebook for a date on which you are able to attend. In the event of cancellation, Skydive Klaipeda will not be held liable for the cost of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation costs or any other costs incurred.
